2023 Lincoln Nautilus

The new Nautilus comes in three distinct trim levels, and they each have their own exterior styling options to keep in mind. The base-level trim already comes with quite a few exciting features, such as 18-inch alloy wheels, a power liftgate, and heated side mirrors with integrated turn signals. You even get LED illumination from the headlights, taillights, daytime running lights, and turn signals all standard. If you're looking to upgrade, the Reserve trim has a bit more to offer. Some of the standard features include a hands-free liftgate and auto-folding side mirrors. You also get adaptive headlights, an auto-dimming driver's side mirror, and a panoramic Vista Roof. Finally, the Black Label trim has even more in store for you, though its improvements are primarily focused on the interior and the engine.

Under the hood of the Nautilus, you'll find one of two engine options. The standard turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine already packs a serious punch. With this engine, you get 250 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque. If you want a bit more muscle in your SUV, the twin-turbocharged 2.7-liter V-6 is a powerhouse boasting an incredible 335 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque.

Getting the most out of your engine power is easy, thanks to the eight-speed automatic transmission that comes paired with both engine options. All-wheel drive is available with the standard engine, while the V-6 comes with it automatically. With the upgraded engine that's standard on the Black Label and optional on the Reserve, the Nautilus is remarkably speedy, being able to accelerate from zero to 60 mph in just 5.7 seconds.

Inside this luxury SUV, you'll find plenty of room for passengers and cargo. You get 42.8 inches of legroom in the front and 39.6 inches in the back, so even adults will be comfortable in the second row. If you're looking to carry some cargo, you have up to 68.8 cubic feet of space at your disposal. Even if you need the rear seats to stay up, you still get 37.2 cubic feet of cargo space. Additionally, the Nautilus is outfitted with a massive 13.2-inch infotainment touchscreen that comes with the SYNC 4 operating system, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.

Lincoln's Co-Pilot360 suite of driver assistance features lets you drive with peace of mind knowing that some of the latest safety tech is looking out for you and your passengers. Quite a few systems are included standard, such as lane-keeping assist with lane-departure warning and automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection. Plus, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave the Nautilus an overall safety rating of five stars.
