Darryl is a native Houstonian that grew up loving cars. He started off as a salesman in 1975 and has worked his way up through the business, which has gained him a lot of respect in the automotive industry.

Linda Wischnewsky
Vice President and Customer Relations
Linda is Vice President of the Bayway Companies and more importantly our Public Relations expert. She keeps the staff upbeat by hosting events for us and the customers! She also keeps Bayway in touch with the local community, volunteering for The Rose, The Bridge, Lighthouse of Hope, Texas Children's Hospital, Beltway 8 Crisis Pregnancy Center just to name a few. Linda has been in the car business for years and enjoys interacting with customers.

Fred Hoyer
Corporate VP (Sales & Marketing)
Fred Hoyer has been at Bayway Lincoln for 23 years. He started working in the Auto Industry in 1988, he came to Bayway Lincoln in 1996. Fred Hoyer worked his way up from Lincoln Sales to Corporate VP. Fred Hoyer is involved with the Bayway Autogroup community out reach, sales, and radio marketing. Fred Hoyer maintains a tight-knit client base and sells vehicles on a daily basis. You've probably heard Fred on the radio.

Gilbert has worked at Bayway Lincoln for 20 years. He prides himself in product knowledge and customer satisfaction. He manages the Costco accounts and dealership CSI (customer satisfaction). Gilbert is one of our senior sales associates and often represents the dealership at our sponsored and charitable events (Keels and Wheels, McDonald's Texas Invention Basketball Tournament, etc...)

I am Jamie Sausser AKA "Sausser" which is what my friends call me. I have been selling Lincoln Vehicles since 1988. I have been at Bayway Lincoln since 1996. If you are looking for a professional you've found him. I am the senior Sales person at Bayway Lincoln and a Lincoln Motor Co. Brand Champion and Bayway Lincoln's Black Label Liaison. I know my business and product better than most, you can count on me to assist you with all your questions. My clients know they can always count on me after the sale to assist them. My philosophy is it takes a day to buy a vehicle but what happens after the sale is what matters. I live in League City and support my community, I am a volunteer and sponsor for local charities.
