A full-sized SUV is usually very thirsty, but the 2023 Navigator’s fuel-efficient V6 provides 17MPG in the city and 23MPG on the highway with RWD. If you choose the AWD option, you still have a respectable 16MPG in the city and 22MPG on the highway.
